- My photography is for sure a documentary style. I love photographing people's emotions, I want people to forget about the camera and just being themselves. This is when the best pictures come. A great picture is a combination of light, composition and "the right moment" which has to be predicted sometimes and being in the right place to capture it. It’s also an opportunity to document the emotions, the fun, and the reality of a special day to be replayed over again, for years to come and saved for future generations. If I look at my pictures and feel emotions while I am looking at them, I am satisfied. The connection with the couple is also very important. This is why I strongly recommend to meet you in a first consultation meeting in order to share your expectations and make sure that I can offer you what you are after on your special day. Communication and updates are critical.

What is your most memorable wedding?
John and Veronica. It was my third wedding and I was so nervous. I really wanted to do a great job. I have connected perfectly with the couple and the guest and I captured the emotions of the day which was my goal. Capture the real day. People laughing, crying, cuddling, dancing...and I have managed to do it. They were pleased and so was I.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
documentary, natural, discreet, contemporary, unobtrusive
What about your business are you most proud of?
What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
being relaxed and natural and forget about me! It's your day! I am just there to record it and save it forever :-) So be you!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Communications and pre-wedding meeting is crucial. It's important to build a connection between the couple and the photographer and understand what the couple is looking for. Once we met, I will go through the schedule of your day as I want to record all the key moments and the emotions that go with them. Is is very important for a photographer to have the day schedule to anticipate the moments and be in the right place and the right time.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Bring an umbrella! A white one for the bride and black one for groom, go avoid nasty colour casts!
Describe how you got into photography.
I have first started as a Street Photographer, which in my opinion, means turning moments of life into pieces of art. I have decided to follow this style with children offering photo sessions on location and very natural studio sessions. Together with children and family I have now decided to expand to wedding photography, using the same natural style. I believe that once you identify your style it is really possible to adapt it to every type of photography, excluding still life! I started being passionate about photography only about 8 years ago when I decided to take part to a photography course. It was LOVE at first sight. I became so hungry to learn that I was literally studying every day until I became confident with the camera. And I have never given up since.
