- Hey, I'm Michael and along with my beautiful wife Ellen we run Piccylicious Photography. I'm a creative documentary wedding photographer based on the Kent, Surrey & Sussex borders covering London and the South East area of our little island. I am frequently commissioned to work much further afield and LOVE to travel throughout the UK and abroad. If you are looking for a fun photographer to give you stylish portraits, funny candid moments and plenty of 'rocking out' poses on the dance floor with your friends - instead of endless group shots and toe curling cheesy pics (unless your under 10 years old, then its obligatory to be a cheesy monster) then I'm the one for you! Grab a cuppa and have a look through my pages and if you like we can always have a chat about your big day.

What is your most memorable wedding?
Difficult to say really, there are so many and all are different and personal to the couple. I love the weddings when I come away thinking `I feel like I have known the couple for ages` and the ones when I sit down to edit the images that bring back all the emotion of the day. It just makes me laugh out loud all over again!
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Relaxed, Documentary, Fun and Modern
What about your business are you most proud of?
Making people smile for years to come!
What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't get forced into doing things you don't want to, remember its your day!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Their childrens fingerprints made into cuff links for the groom!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Once you have decided I am the photographer for you, we can meet over a cuppa and I can show you some albums and we can get to know each other a little. I would take a deposit at this point to secure the day and set about creating a booking form with all the details for the day. From this point we can then do everything via email, I'll give you a call the week before your big day to confirm all details are still correct and then see you on the morning of your wedding.
What is the #1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Any shot on the portrait session, this is a time to just relax in each others company and have a bit of fun.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
A skate park in Bow, East London
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Not to get stressed about the weather, there are always places to get great photos and if you do want to go outside bring whellys and a brolly
Describe how you got into photography.
I have always had a camera, right from some of my earliest memories I was always stealing my Dad's camera.
