I love everything to do with weddings, from my first contact with an excited Bride, who has so many things to plan, through to the wonderful day and follow up afterwards, designing and creating a beautiful wedding album for the Bride and Groom which we are all proud of and will hold treasured memories for the rest of their lives. Being involved in someone's wedding is one of the best jobs in the world and I feel truly priveleged to be part of the day. I am versatile in my photography styles and it is important for me to discuss with you, your expectations and the results you would like -no two weddings are the same and I want to know all about your wedding, what excites you about it and to allow me to see the day through your eyes so I can document your day as you wish to remember it. As an experienced wedding photographer with over 25 years in the business, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and have photographed at most of the beautiful venues within Cumbria , The Lake District, nationally and abroad. If you have any questions, please do contact me by email or telephone and I will be very happy to discuss your day- I look forward to hearing from you!

Describe how you got into photography.
I did an apprenticeship with a long standing photograpaher and went on all his weddings with him for a season. I didn't even touch a camera, I was learning how weddings work and timings to ensure the day ran smoothly so that when I did go behind the lens, I knew exactly where I should be and what I should be doing.
