What is your most memorable wedding?
Too many to choose! Pendennis Castle on the Falmouth coast last year was spectacular. Taormina, sicily was a gorgeous wedding. And my own cousin's wedding last year was a personal highlight.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Natural, Relaxed, Fun, Confident, Professional
What about your business are you most proud of?
350+ weddings and counting. And I love every one. It's a real privilege
What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Choose a photographer you'll really love working with. And get your DIY done early.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Each table was named after a different single malt whiskey. And guess what was in the centrepiece of each table?
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I make friends with all my customers. My goal is that your photographs look like they were taken by a friend. So when you see them, it should feel like you are at the wedding again.
What is the #1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Nothing beats a really strong, natural looking photo of the couple together enjoying a moment away from the noise.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Walking barefoot on the beach. That was a nice moment.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
welly boots, umbrellas, and have fun.
Describe how you got into photography.
'Borrowed' my Dad's old manual 35mm film camera when I was tiny and I was hooked. Have always loved proving people wrong when they say they don't like having their photos taken!
