We will always be happy to meet with you to discuss how you would like your wedding photographs to be taken, adapting our styles to suit your special day. James takes the more organised pictures, while Pamela works in tandem to capture all those natural moments. We have been photographing weddings for many years and are always happy to show you examples of past weddings. We will never put you under pressure to book us: on your special day, it is vital that you should have photographers with whom you can feel relaxed and at ease. After all, we are going to be there for the whole day, often starting at the bride's home or hotel and remaining through the day, sometimes until the first dance.
Personal Message from the Manager
Name of Wedding Contact: James Rossdale
Hello and welcome to our Bridebook page. I have always worked as a photographer and truly believe that there is no substitute for experience. Many people now believe that lovely pictures of their unique day will be taken by the guests. This is true if: - everything happens in a beautiful place, the guest is standing in the right place, the light is well controlled, they know how to use the digital device..... the list is endless. You need a professional, preferably us!

Be the first one to tell everyone about the experience you’ve had with this supplier.
What is your most memorable wedding?
The one where the bride was prepared to go that extra mile to get a stunning photograph of her walking across a shallow river to meet her husband. Or accompanying the bride and groom to London for the blessing in St. Paul's Cathedral - there have been so many and, to be honest, each is unique and special.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Relaxed, adaptable, unobtrusive, professional, personal
What about your business are you most proud of?
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Use reliable people for everything, then let others get on with it on the day and ENJOY YOURSELVES!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
The bride's horse being brought to the church to greet her as she left the church when she didn't expect it.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We meet up for them to see our photographs from previous weddings and have a chat about what they would like to happen on the day. If they wish to book us, we fill in the paperwork but they can contact us at any time before the day if they want to discuss anything/make changes and so on. On the day, we will turn up as agreed and, if they want to make changes even then, it is no problem. It is their day, we are there to help in any way we can.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
The bride and groom on their own, away from all distractions and guests, so they can have a little time to gather their thoughts
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
The groom helping the bride into the cab of their enormous HGV
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Describe how you got into photography.
Only thing I have ever wanted to do as a profession; went to college, started in studios in the South, thankfully ended up in Yorkshire.
