Sarolta Marton Photography Full Description
For couples who value beautiful, emotive imagery and a documentary style of photography for capturing your wedding day in an honest and artistic way. I love natural people, moments and light and capturing photos that tell a story. I aim to create timeless images that will feel just as powerful and relevant years from now as they do when they were taken while still feeling fresh and exciting! Using natural and available light, I work in an unobtrusive way to capture natural moments throughout the day from the morning preparations until the last dance. I am dedicated to ensuring that your day goes as smoothly as possible and that you will have beautiful photographs which you will cherish for years to come.

Personal Message from the Manager

Name of Wedding Contact: Sarolta Marton
Hi! I'm Sarolta and I'm a London based portrait and wedding photographer. What can you expect from me on your wedding day? You'll find me observing and capturing from the sidelines so as not to interfere with what’s happening (of course occasionally I will get a bit closer!) and creating gorgeous memories for you. I can't wait to hear from you!

Frequently Asked Questions
(7)

What is your most memorable wedding?

A tiny London wedding with great friends and a fantastic choice of the couple's favourite restaurant and bars in the city. I was also one of the witnesses so it's extra memorable for me!

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Emotive, timeless, honest, quirky & artistic.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

A little foresight goes a long way - put together a list of formal group photos you would like on your wedding day and assign someone (best man?) to help your photographer gather the right people and stay organised.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I always start by getting to know my couples through exchanging emails and finding out as much as I can at the engagement session - how did they meet, what is their history, why they chose their venue and how they interact in front of the camera and as a couple. It's important for me to offer a truly personalised experience and to make sure I not only capture the best photos for them on their wedding day but also make their interactions with me and my presence as seamless as possible.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

A couples shot at a location that is especially memorable to you.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

I recommend investing in an elegant umbrella that can be used in couples shots and throughout the day.

Describe how you got into photography.

I started taking photos as a teenager and never looked back!
