What about your business are you most proud of?
I have had images published by some of the bigger brand names including rental companies and have had various images of Game Of Thrones locations published.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Be yourself, identify what style you want and trust your photographer to do what he does best. Don't prepare for the photographer we are prepared for you.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I have seen buttons with the date on them which was a classy touch and home made mini barrels with Guinness in them.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Introduction followed by a consultation for us to find out a little more about each other. I like hearing about the story so I can tell yours as true and accurate as possible on the day. Booking takes place followed by signed contract and date for pre-wedding shoot and any other requirements. I stay in contact along the way.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
I see this more as in individual thing, every couple has their ideas and vision of what they want. Some love a natural photo, while others love a good formal photo.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Group photos, majority of weddings want them and it's not a problem but i like to mix up the standing order and place them in a way to make it interesting instead of the usual in a line photo that lacks character.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
I recommend clear umbrellas , possibly wellies if it's an outdoor shoot. Lot's of potential to a rainy wedding and gives the photographer a chance to get creative.
Describe how you got into photography.
I got into photography in a previous work environment, capturing sights only few others would have access to. I moved onto portrait photography and landscape photography. Wedding photography came later and i fell in love with it.
