If you are looking for someone to take images of your day that will capture the moments, the emotion and the story of the day, then I might be the photographer for you. My idea of wedding photography is not your usual looking straight at the camera formal style, I want to capture the day as it was with all the laughter, love and everything in-between. Of course I can also do the more formal, posed images when required....the parents or grandparents normally demand them!

What is your most memorable wedding?
A Jane Austen themed wedding at the Temple of Apollo at Stourhead. In the 2005 version of the film Pride & Prejudice starring Keira Knightley and Matthew Macfadyen this was the setting for Mr Darcy's proposal.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Capture, Moment, Natural, Laughter, Love
What about your business are you most proud of?
I pride myself on customer service and I just love it when I get great reviews from couples because I have gone above and beyond to ensure I capture their day.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't build your wedding around the photography. The photography should be built around your wedding.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A Bride who loves horses had a surprise when, unknown to her, her mother had booked her a carriage and horses.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Right from the first contact I am just a phone call away should you have any questions, worries or concerns. I will chat over the phone initially and then meet with you at your reception venue so we can discuss the photography on the day. If it is a church wedding then I will attend the rehearsal which is normally a day or two before the wedding.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Definitely the first kiss as Mr & Mrs!!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Brollies and welly boots. Splashing in puddles can be great fun and make for some brilliant photos!!
Describe how you got into photography.
I first had to use an SLR for work in the early 80s. From the moment I picked up a camera it was my passion. I can't describe the feeling inside it gives to capture a great shot...you either know that feeling or you don't!!
