- When it comes to choosing a photographer, you want to get that same "This is the one!" feeling that you got when you fell in love, or even when you tried on your perfect wedding dress. Whatever the occasion, photographing your memories is kind of a big deal, and you need to be able to trust the person you give this honour to. A photographer is someone you could see yourself being friends with, someone who you connect with - completely. On the other hand, being photographed can be a scary thought, and the day will be stressful enough, which is why I like to keep things as simple as possible. Natural shots of you and your loved ones not only look beautiful, but they will put your nerves to rest, and create a much more enjoyable, relaxing, and exciting experience.

Location & Contact Details
What is your most memorable wedding?
I photographed a wedding down in Devon, where the reception venue was in the harbour. It felt like we were in the south of France somewhere!
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Natural, Warm, Classic, Airy, Romantic
What about your business are you most proud of?
Getting to work along side my husband, and photograph peoples special memories.
What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
RELAX! It will all work out on the day. Just make sure you get a good photographer!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Hand written letters given between the bride and groom.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Once a bride and groom have confirmed a package, i would usually take a deposit, and get them to sign the contract. Then a couple of months before the big day, i would contact the bride or groom with an information form for them to fill in, with details on such as group shots etc. If the bride and groom would like a pre wedding consultation, i would just take the form to that meeting. The next time i would see the bride and groom would usually be on their wedding day, unless they have booked a pre wedding portrait session.
What is the #1 photo that you think every couple should take?
My absolute favourite is a bridesmaid shot, of the bride and her bridesmaids all stood in a line, facing away from me, but with their arms round each other. I just love it!
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Ring on bouquet shot.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Pretty umbrellas! Or a venue with lots of space inside. Or, I've found that garden centres or green houses work well.
Describe how you got into photography.
Ive loved taking photographs, and everything that a photograph represents since can remember. I trained as a photographer through college, and worked as a photographers assistant for 3 years, doing commercial photography (advertisement and styled shots) but always wanted to branch out on my own. And here i am!
