My unobtrusive and discreet approach to wedding photography means that there is no set pattern to covering your day, I will capture moments just as they happen starting at the place with the bride's preperations, to the first dance or until the end of the chosen time coverage. I prefer to shoot without posing the couple or guests to create more of a natural feel to the album. Also avoiding the use of Flash photography wherever possible means that my work has a certain quality that only available light gives. Your wedding will be photographed solely by me. I don’t use assistants as this hinders my chance of being in the background. You are paying for my expertise and over 22 years of experience. I prefer to cover most of the wedding in Black and White using Colour for pictures of the flowers, cake and formal shots. This combination tends to enhance the colour images in the album against the Black and White ones. If you have a particular preference for more colour images then this will be taken into consideration. The amount of images in your album is dependent on the coverage chosen. You can expect between 100-150 images from the 6 hour booking increasing to 200-250 images for the 12 hour booking. If possible i will visit the venues beforehand, although with my style of work it is not always necessary I will shoot family formals although i likes to keep them to a minimum. I don’t want to hinder your day, but record it as it happens and too many formal shots starts to slow everything down. About 6 formal shots and a few Portraits of the Bride and Groom tends to work well with the general flow of the album.
