What is your most memorable wedding?
The wish you were here tables are always very touching
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
I'm most proud of myself! That might sound like a strange answer but tbh it's people that I like and it's me that people like. I have expensive camera and computer equipment and I've invested ££££'s in learning my trade but at the end of every wedding it's me the brides and grooms give enormous hugs too (not my equipment or my achievements) because I've been there for them and they trust me to deliver. I've added something special to their day so it's me I'm proud of x
What about your business are you most proud of?
I used to be a graphic designer working along side photographers as the art director. I was always a bit jealous and thought their job was more fun ;)
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
After the point a couple decides they love my work and are happy with my quote I then like to arrange a meeting to talk about their wedding ideas and plan a pre-wedding photo session. I then ask for a 25% retainer to secure their date. The photo session is always relaxed, informal and of course great fun! I'm very supportive to my coupes and will be available all the way up to the wedding date to help with anything I can. On the Wedding Day I arrive early as I like to be prepared... and then the fun begins. I shoot in a very relaxed, unobtrusive way and never make people feel like they're being papped. After the big day, I edit the gallery releasing a few sneak peaks to keep those eager newly weds happy. It can take several weeks to prepare the full gallery but I keep my couples informed. And then once ready, they go up on a secure website that can be shared to all the loved ones and people can buy prints etc direct from the website. From there we can talk about Wedding books or any other items I can help with.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Describe your typical process with a couple.
Enjoy it - FULL STOP!!
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Anything that shows their love
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Everyone hiding under the Brides dress :))
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
All of my weddings - How could I pick just one! Actually there is one that springs to mind. The groom was from a Rock band back in the 80's and the bride was a petite Indian lady. There was a lot going on to say the least but the most impactful moment was when a guest stood too close to a candle and set fire to her hair. I was the only one who saw it so I literally flew across the dance floor to pat out her flaming locks, much to her surprise. She said thank you but then I realised one of my cameras was lying in the middle of the dance floor looking a bit bashed. Thankfully it wasn't badly damaged and the lady had a lot of hair so she managed to rock the frazzled patch on the back :)
Describe how you got into photography.
I come prepared with several transparent umbrellas but as well as my brollies I do recommend planning for the UK weather with plenty of brollies and even wellies if necessary.
