YAY, YOU'RE ENGAGED! My philosophy is simple; ‘I want you to have the best day of your lives and be able to re-live it time and time again through incredible wedding photographs’. I tell the story of your wedding with creative documentary photography, capturing moments as they naturally unfold, leaving you with honest, emotive and simply beautiful photos that truly represent your wedding day. Because when you return from the honeymoon, pack the dress away and write the thank-you cards, the memories and photos are what remain of your special day, you will treasure them forever. Think I am the (W)right wedding photographer for you? (see what I did there?). LET’S GET DOWN TO THE NITTY GRITTY You only take a few things home with you from your wedding: your spouse, your wedding rings, your memories and your photographs. This makes choosing your wedding photographer really really important. Hopefully, you have had a good look through my portfolio, read some kind words from my past clients and are thinking I might be the right choice to photograph your wedding. Onto the important bits, what do you actually get from me? and how much does it cost? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? PACKAGES START AT £900 I like to keep things simple, I have two packages, one with a shorter 6-hour coverage suited to smaller more intimate weddings and an all-day package with a few more bells and whistles thrown in. I appreciate that all weddings are different and I am happy to create a custom package. Every package includes me as your photographer, high-resolution digital files available for download, a private online gallery for sharing, and a print release.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Fun, Relaxed, Bright, Creative, Emotive.

What about your business are you most proud of?

Surviving the pandemic.... But also all the fabulous friends I have made doing what I love for a living.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

If you find a supplier you like book them quickly. I found this out the hard way when planning my wedding.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Every wedding I see something new that amazes me, but the sweetest personal touch to date was a very special pair of wedding bands. The couple had collected their 8 grandparents wedding bands and had them combined to make theirs.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Enquiry > Online/In person Chat > Booking > Pre Wedding Consultation > Wedding (YAY!) > Wedding Photos Edited & Returned I tell the story of your wedding with creative documentary photography, capturing moments as they naturally unfold, leaving you with honest, emotive and simply beautiful photos that truly represent your wedding day.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

I think it is important to escape the wedding for 15-20 mins with the wedding photographer. 1 - you get a little time to yourselves which is very important. 2 - this give the photographer time to get a few cheeky snaps of you naturally interacting, to me that is more important than 1 specific photo.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

There have been a few over the year. But the first that springs to mind a groom wanted a photo of him cleaning his classic car with his wife wedding dress.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Lots of umbrellas, a positive attitude (we do live in England after all), and to embrace it. Your wedding day will be perfect regardless of the weather.

Describe how you got into photography.

I wish I had an amazing origin story, but the reality is pretty boring. I had a university assignment that required the use of a camera, a few people saw the images and offered to pay for some shots, and that escalated into weddings. Which is I am grateful for every day.
