Hello!!! I'm Lynette, I'm based in Southport and cover weddings in Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire and the Lake District but happy to travel further if required. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like me too capture your special day outside these areas, even if its abroad. I love nothing more than to have a good natter over brew and too hear all about your wedding plans; talking about weddings makes me all giddy. If I have to describe my work, I would say I'm a mixture between documentary, posed, fine art and fun. I can't really categorise my style of photography as I like too capture what I feel. Every wedding is different and I am there to capture and tell your love story. I love couples that don't take themselves too seriously and let the magic unfold naturally. I'm also a huge animal lover (and also a vegetarian), I'm obsessed with Disney and I love my food, especially cake! If you think I'm the one to capture your special day then please do not hesitate to contact me. I would love too hear from you.

What is your most memorable wedding?
I photographed a last minute wedding in wales. The bride literally contacted me three weeks before her wedding to see if I was available, it was on a wednesday, so I was. The couple and all that surrounded them were lovely, and friendly and I felt so welcome, it was clear that they were loved by many. Unfortunately the weather wasn't at its best and as the wedding was held at her mums home.We were stuck for locations to capture some intimate shots. Luckily the bride had a lightbulb moment and took me to a barn located at the back on the house, it was there that the farmer let us walk inside to then be presented by a barn full with horses and their foals. A moment I will never forget.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Fun, documentary, posed, and everything in between
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Remember it is your day, don't sweat the small stuff. Even after months or years of planning your day will have a slight hiccup, embrace everything and enjoy every second because it will go so quickly!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
ooooo thats a tricky one, DIY brides and weddings are becoming more popular so I have seen a mixture of personal touches.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
When the bride or groom contacts me whether that is by phone, email or Facebook we will have a chat about what they would like etc. If they're happy with everything a deposit will be required to secure their date followed by a contract. If the couple require a engagement shoot that will be our next meeting otherwise I schedule a venue visit a month or two before the wedding to catch up on the details and go through the schedule of the day. It will on the wedding day that I will next see them.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Definitely the confetti shot, kissing under a shower of colourful flower petals is a must! You get some fab reactions from the guests, your kissing as the new Mr & Mrs and the colour just pops!
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Horses in the barn, I don't think anyone can top that.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
If your wedding is in the UK it is bound to rain at some point, so if the couple require a venue visit, we plot out the best parts of the venue to capture group and intimate photos just incase it rains.
