We begin with an initial informal chat in person or on Skype so we instantly have a more personal connection and to see if we are a fit for each other. You need to be assured I am the right fit for your vision. Then we book in your Planning Salon. Here we talk. All about you as individuals, as a couple and your journey together. Your likes, dislikes, hopes, priorities etc. We go through time line, budget, deadlines and logistics. I then write up your concept and produce a 'look book'. You receive all the planning tools and templates to empower you on your planning journey.
What about your business are you most proud of?
Don't put too much pressure on the day or on yourselves. It's a day to celebrate and spend time with loved ones so enjoy it!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
The first look - when the groom or bride see's their partner for the first time. They are genuinely speechless and everything they've both worked on leading up to this day is accumulated in this special moment. A moment when time stands still - It's breath-taking and full of emotion.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A wedding that took place on the grounds of the brides family. With no neighbours for miles this party went off and carried on until sunrise ! There was some wonderfully personal touches from a home made cake and fancy dress games but all with an elegant and classy touch.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?
Keep reminding yourself why you are getting married. It shouldn't be to impress or please anyone else. If you think things are getting out of control, spend a night together and remind yourself of your love and journey together. Are you reflecting this and who you are in your wedding? Oh, and hire a planner or seek some professional advice. It can be a hard and daunting job planning a wedding so spend some time with a professional. How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?
The connections and relationships I've built with both my clients and my industry suppliers. When you work with couples so closely you really get to know them, and you have to to make their wedding as personal to them as possible. I really pride myself on my strong relationships and know whoever I recommend in the industry I have worked with personally and trust them whole-heartedly.
What do you love most about your job?
By booking my Planning Salon. It's a very informative and fun 2 hour session where we talk about your vision and put together an efficient plan of action. As an experienced professional I will impart my knowledge and arm you with all the tools, templates and advice on how to plan effectively to ensure a stress-free wedding. Everything is better with a plan - especially one created with a professional.
