We chose Cynthia as our wedding planner six months ahead of our March 2023 wedding and it was the best decision we could have made! She came highly recommended by our friends who had their weddings planned by Cynthia in the past and we understand why. From our first meeting with her, Cynthia's valuable ideas on how to structure the wedding made us feel at ease and confident that we were in good hands. Cynthia was extremely professional, personable, and had a calming presence, making us and others feel at ease. She was fantastic to work with, constantly providing helpful ideas and suggestions that aligned with our vision right from the start. Cynthia's attention to detail was exceptional. She meticulously planned every aspect of the day from beginning to end. Throughout the six months of planning, Cynthia ensured we kept on track with monthly and weekly timelines and reminders, which was extremely helpful for us as a busy couple. During the process, friends and family commented on how we were surprisingly calm considering we had a wedding fast approaching, which we can only attribute to having Cynthia in our corner. Cynthia understood our vision perfectly, and her experience and contacts within the wedding market allowed her to suggest and identify amazing vendors that were just right for us, many of which we never would have thought of booking (for example, she suggested a Steel Pan Band to incorporate my Caribbean heritage – it’s the small details such as these which really makes Cynthia stand out as planner!) Cynthia's excellent working relationship with all of our vendors was noteworthy. She coordinated and handled all the meetings, timelines, and clarification with the vendors, resulting in no issues with any of them. Our venue also had an in-house wedding planner/coordinator who complimented Cynthia's work, noting how pleasant it was to work with her. Cynthia went above and beyond on many occasions, including gifting us beautiful ribbons for our bespoke menus which complemented our theme, and cutting these herself! Helping me get into my wedding dress (which was no small feat!) and so much more. On the day of the wedding, Cynthia and her team worked seamlessly with the vendors and venue. All in all, this resulted in us being able to enjoy the day without any stress, as we knew everything was handled. The day surpassed our expectations and was the most amazing day of our lives. We can’t thank Cynthia enough and highly recommend her as a reliable, professional, and skilled wedding planner for anyone planning their wedding!

We also just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for yesterday! Everything was done impeccably and we were so happy! You and Edna were so helpful on the day and we are SO SO grateful. Thanks for all of your help and support and patience during the entire process. Everyone (from  both families) spoke about how amazing you are. Words can't express our gratitude to be honest. I think the saddest bit of it all is that we won't be working with you any longer but would very much like to keep in touch. Best coordinator ever! Having Cynthia as my wedding coordinator for the day was the best decision I had ever made! She was very efficient, had amazing communication and made sure to keep me calm in the last month leading up to the wedding. When my hairstylist cancelled three days before the wedding, Cynthia found someone else within the hour, showing how quick she works and she knows what she's doing!! Instead of adding to the stress, she takes it away and makes what could be a disastrous situation into a memorable experience. She has a heart of gold and she really is talented at her work!
