We specialise in listening to our client's brief, and having been instructed to assist them over the coming weeks and months, we present a variety of quotes from suppliers whom we are familiar with. Whether this be marquee companies, venues, caterers, musicians, florists, lighting specialists, sound and production, bands, transport and accommodation in the area, a choir, horse and carriage company or a lucky chimney sweep! We will guide you throughout the planning process, be there to receive deliveries, manage the event on the day and be the last person on site to turn off the generator. Then we'll be back to ensure that the clear up goes as smoothly as the build up. We charge a fee for our services, but bearing in mind that we have your best interests at heart both financially and practically, if we are offered discounts through being 'in the trade' or having built up a good relationship with suppliers, we will pass these on to you. Originally based in London, and for the last 20 years working here in Suffolk, we are familiar with suppliers in both areas thereby offering you a wide range of options for the exciting elements such as furniture and props, as well as unusual table linen, cutlery, china and glassware!
