Robert and I would just like to say a few words about your absolutely fantastic service. We basically do not know what we would have done without you! Upon first meeting you we instinctively felt at ease and knew our wedding was in safe hands. Preferring to organise our big day ourselves rather than rely on a wedding venue, the thought of managing everything involved was still a daunting task. We needn’t have worried. Not long after employing your services, you sent a brilliant itinerary for the day, which had been fully co-ordinated with our suppliers. We didn’t have to think about this any more!
Whenever we needed help, for example an SOS about our order of service sheets, you immediately took control and we soon received an email with these magically done for us. There was nothing you couldn’t/wouldn’t sort out, including a bridesmaid’s dress that wouldn’t do up on the wedding morning, make up on one of the bridesmaid’s dresses and a difficult venue custodian. You always responded to emails promptly and efficiently. You were so helpful on the day, working away discreetly and professionally in the background. Even after the wedding, the brilliant service didn’t stop there, as you took care of our wedding cake, flowers, seating plan and easel and looked after these until we got back from our mini-moon.
