What is your most memorable wedding?

I was lucky enough to create a summer wedding at Two Temple Place, it was a Bulgarian/English wedding, combining two beautiful cultures. The couple married at the historic Temple Church, one of the most impressive buildings I have ever worked in.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Adventurous, animated, creative, mordernistic and chic

What about your business are you most proud of?

I truly believe when it comes to weddings, the personalities of each indiviudal must work well. Due to the trust that is given to the planner, the bride and groom must have complete faith and take comfort that I will create their dream wedding. I love working with all types of people and my relationshops with my couples are something I take immense pride in.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Wedding planning is incredibly overwhelming. No matter how hard you try, you can't please everyone. The tip is, don't try to please everyone, focus solely on yourselves and everything else will fit into place. Don't forget, you are inviting people to YOUR wedding.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Bespoke wooden serving trays were created by the brides brother. The canapes and cheese platters were served on the trays which added something extra special.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

An inital phone consultation, dicussing your main requirements, followed by a face to face meeting. If the bridal couple and myself feel that this is the right partnership, I follow the meeting with contract terms, highlighting all details and cost breakdowns. I also create a bespoke design board, showcasing all of the elements dicsused during our meetings and discussions. Once the deposit is paid I then begin your wedding proposal and start supplier searching and planning. I am available for constant update meetings as well as emails for those who have busy lifestyles. I am there from conception to completion.

What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?

I have been creating weddings and events for seven years, I did have a request to organise a divorce party. Slightly contradicting my role as a wedding planner, but very creative.

How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?

There will always be an element of stress, I however am there to relieve, taking over the elements that are overwhelming. Shortlisting supppliers, breaking down information, arranging administration, liasing with your venue and organising logistics. Allowing you to enjoy the process and get involved as much or as a little as you wish.

What do you love most about your job?

Keep open minded, and try not to ask for too many opinions.

What is your favourite moment at a wedding?

Once my couples are married, I really enjoy when they get to have their 'couples' photos away from their guests. It is a lovely quiet moment as new husband and wife.
