the ability to help others, and truly understand the pressures each couple face, Emma and I want to ensure we bring a sense of calmness and fun to all those we meet
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Talk about your Budget, then discuss how you are going to achieve it, will it mean more hours at work, a load, or will you borrow from your family, the most important aspect of a wedding is for the couple to be part of the day, it is yours so do what is right for you both.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Basket of Blankets and Slippers / flipflops for the guests! nice touch as everyone is on their feet for so long... comfort is everything
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Organise a telephone consultation, we can also do this over skype, we would like to meet for coffee, talk through ideas and concepts, advise on budget, answer any questions to start the process.
What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?
Nothing so far however you never say never
How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?
Good Communication, speaking with your clients, dealing with all related aspects of the wedding planning prior to the date, building good links with the suppliers to ensure any concerns are dealt with accordingly, planning in advance. We do not take on 1 wedding at a time, this means we will only do your wedding day and one else's on the same day.
What do you love most about your job?
We both adore people, seeing a vision come to life then watching our customers smile
What is your favourite moment at a wedding?
The next day! Knowing you did your best and your bit, being part of someone else's life
