Attention to detail, friendly, respectful style, and ability to take control ensure that your event will proceed smoothly and remove the pressure from you. Much of a Toastmasters work is at weddings, resplendent in red coat, white tie and waistcoat will add extra style to any wedding. They will provide confidence and be a calming influence on the bridal party Their expertise of etiquette and protocol will ensure that all those with roles to play during the reception do so in the right order, liaison with all parties including caterers & photographers will ensure that things run smoothly. Ladies Nights and Dinners will have more style under the direction of a professional toastmaster. He will assemble the guests, announce special guests and ‘top table’ organise raffles and auctions, present speakers and any cabaret acts, and ensure smooth running. At Charity Events and Corporate Functions the toastmaster maintains discrete control and ensures that everyone is in the right place at the right time, speakers can be announced and proceedings wound up. Behind the scenes the toastmaster is doing everything necessary to ensure a successful event.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Talk to any wedding professional you are thinking of employing, do not just rely on price or recommendations Make sure that there are no clash of personalities as that can spoil your day. We love what we do and want you to have the perfect day, so our style has to fit in with you, not the other way round.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
There are many, but a balloon release for a recently deceased Brides mother was very moving, and a speech from a little boy welcoming his new stepdad was lovely.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Initial consultation without obligation, ongoing advice and support as required leading up to the day. Detailed discussion 2/3 weeks before the day to ensure all the couple requirements are in place.
What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?
A surprise entrance of a famous singing group for the bridegroom, whose brother was in the group. He thought they were in Spain performing but they had flown back specially and had to be hidden until the "big reveal"
How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?
Preparation, Preparation, Preparation.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing two people in love making a lifetime committment to each other in front of their family and friends
