Our Ethos is to help every couple we work with, offering advice and support, whilst providing a top quality product that showcases our love of creativity and our passion for perfection. What is your most memorable wedding?
We don't go to our couples weddings but the people we work with are all memorable - we're lucky to work with such amazing couples!

What about your business are you most proud of?
Winning the Kent Wedding Awards and having so many couples refer us to their friends... nothing means more to us than doing a great job for our customers.
What is your #1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't panic! Us wedding professionals are here to help, we can answer any questions you have and there's no such thing as a silly question... we understand that this might be the first time you've planned a wedding.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
We loved it when our bride Kate used a beautiful poem written by her daughter as the main element on her wedding invitation... so lovely!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Couples get in touch and we chat through their needs, we then produce a detailed estimate for them. If they're happy to proceed we ask for a £60 deposit, then we start the design process. We send visuals via email to clients for their feedback... this continues until they are 100% happy. We then ask for the balance to be paid and start the printing process.
What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?
The invitation... to make sure people come!
What is your best seller?
Pocket fold invitations - these are invitations with a real wow factor! Stunningly beautiful, but also practical with room for all sorts of useful information and an RSVP card.
What is the most innovative delivery method you have come across?
By cocker spaniel... we've hand delivered a few invitations for local people on our dog walks!
How do you add romance to any wedding stationery you do?
It's all about keeping it personal... we take our lead from our customers who love to add photos, poems or small nods to the things that are important to them as a couple.
