Personal Message from the Manager

Name of Wedding Contact: Jess
Welcome to my unique little world of wedding poetry! After writing 6 line poems for every guest at the table of my own wedding last year, the requests from brides far and wide came flooding in wanting the same thing. What could make you feel more special as you sit down at a wedding, than a rhyme written all about you!? I look forward to hearing from you brides and welcome all enquiries, no matter how big or small.

What is your most memorable wedding?

My first big un! I wrote 200 individual, personalised rhymes for a bride & groom in Geneva. They submitted me some hilarious facts to work with (Uncle Steve who was known for his extreme snoring), which made the rhyming process a lot funnier than usual.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Individual poems written for each guest at the table (bias!)

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Once we have established how many guests you would like poems writing for, I ask the couple to complete our 'facts template' so I can learn the basics about each person. I ask for the 5 first things which come into your head when you think about the guest, but for any plus one's I can create a more generic rhyme if you don't know them so well. Depending on the size of your wedding, I turn the rhymes around within 2-3 weeks and send all copy over for you to review and suggest amends. Once you are happy with the rhymes I drop these into one of our design templates and print the poems. We can tailor the design template to the style of your wedding and colour scheme so everything matches perfectly. Easy peasy poetry!
