What about your business are you most proud of?
with just over 700 weddings to date, it's a huge honour to be part of a couples special day & I endeavour to make the service as best as I can with every wedding . Listening to the couple in the car chatting about how they love the beetle and how helpful I have been is so rewarding and priceless. watching the bride and groom and guests laughing whilst we sound the horn driving away, the beetle & camper have so much character, people love them.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
I often allow the groom to drive he's bride down the path to the venue. The groom absolutely loves it and it makes there day even more memorable. Brides and father of brides welcome too, nothing is a problem
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
go with your heart, if you really want to do something different go with it. quirky weddings are amazingly memorable to you and your guests
Describe your typical process with a couple.
from the moment I meet the bride I have a connection as we have spoken or met many a time before. I look after her like royalty from the moment I collect her to saying goodbye at the reception. I always offer to help with her getting in and out the car, her dress, or anything I notice. I position my cars so that they are in a great position for photographs but not in peoples path. Once the couple are married and I have taken many complimentary pictures I offer drinks & leave them to talk amongst themselves. As a chauffeur I only talk if they want me to join their conversation and of course discretion is a must. I always offer my experience of photo shots with the car too with the photographer so he can catch those special moments.
