Hotel Rafayel- Restaurant & SPA

We have been coming here for four years. My first date and today we are engaged. I stay here and never been disappointed. Great views, good value for money. And consistent staff ; face don’t change here.

Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. The hotel is very well appointed, excellent customer service and we felt very welcomed. The customer service was exceptional from check in, to the fantastic hospitality of the Bar Manager, who I believe has been there for years. The recent refurbishment has had no expense spared, the quality of the rooms are of an extremely high standard. The spa, the gym are excellent onsite facilities, Happy Staff indeed ready to offer any help we needed ! Lovely rooms, superb views of the thames and the London skyline. Banyan on the thames is well worth a visit too. Breakfast and dinner are definitely one of the best we've had. Location means you're just a short can walk/ ride from anywhere you need to be. It was our third time staying at the Rafayel. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. We got upgraded to a suite on arrival, with a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room. We stayed for two nights. We made use of the spa on two occasions, which is one of the best in London. I had a salt scrub, full body massage and facial. All of which were very relaxing and left me glowing. The room itself was very spacious with dining table , mini bar, and good sized bathroom. Bar and restaurant (Banyan on the Thames are a must visit too with amazing cocktails and great variety of food on offer. DZRT corner is an incredible on site facility if you have a sweet tooth like me. Overall a great place to stay in London.

We came as a group of 26 to celebrate celebrate my mums 65th birthday. The service was exceptional, everyone enjoyed their meals and the bar makes lovely cocktails too. We'll definitely go back and recommend this place to others.

Absolutely amazing experience. We stayed at Thames suite. The room was very spacious and the view is to die for. We stayed with our husky what was big big plus. We usually stay in Hilton hotel but this time we thought we will try something different. The same money but value is so much better!!! And we were very very pleased! Hotel room stunning, reception staff so nice, cleaning team as well. Entire experience was great! What might put travellers off is the location as on the map it seems it’s far to underground, but don’t get put off by this. If you don’t mind walking the river path is just by the hotel and we walked quite few time to Chelsea for dinner. And used Santander bikes to get back. If you prefer public transport there is bus stop just in front of the hotel going to Victoria and Clapham Junction. Which is very convenient. And if you use Uber you will pay around £7 to get to Victoria station. I can only recommend!!!

Great location with nice view. Rooms are very nice and you get worth for your money as there is no other place in the area for that price that would look that good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant is very nice with a view on river. Spa is bit boring for my taste as it has one small pool, jacuzzi and 2 saunas. Overall happy to visit again.
