Full Description
A wedding at Beechenhill is not a 'hotel experience'; it is more like getting married in the country home of friends who care about you and the planet. The cost of the Haybarn for the weekend is £4,850. This includes: The Haybarn from 11a.m. until 12 midnight on Saturday for up to 60 guests for a ceremony and meal/afternoon tea/picnic/tea dance/ceilidh. Access to the Haybarn from Friday noon to decorate if required. Exclusive use of the farm for the weekend (be farmers for the weekend – but we’ll do the messy bits). Scrumptious Sunday morning breakfast for everyone staying at Beechenhill (up to 14 people). A Hot Tub Elemental Experience for everyone staying on site (up to 14 people). A Sauna Elemental Experience on the Friday or Sunday (can be upgraded to luxury). Bunting, vases, cake stands, vintage cake knife and slice. Chickens & cows that love to appear in photos. Use of our baby grand piano. Half day use of electric bikes for bride and groom on Sunday. Use of the gardens – set up your own village fete with welly wanging or croquet! Use of firepit in the evening (essential to have toasted gooey marshmallows.) Techie stuff – Wifi, projector, screen, microphone and sound system. Visits to Beechenhill to help with your ideas. Our relaxed and friendly help to achieve the green wedding of your dreams. Not included: Catering, choose a wonderful caterer or vintage tea and cake baker from our recommended list. The ceremony, contact the registrar to book your time. Accommodation - you do have to book our two lovely B&B rooms, self catering honeymoon cottage and cottage for six for the weekend so you have the whole place to yourselves. My Personal Sanctuary: Visiting Spa Treatment Service for you and your resident guests. Buses – Warringtons of Ilam our local coach company, experts in shepherding your guests where they need to be. Don’t forget to bring your wellies!
