The Valley Hotel Ironbridge

Hello Chris, Roy, Lee and Lisa, We are just back from honeymoon and wanted to say thank you for all your help and expertise that made our wedding so special, fun and relaxed. We really enjoyed it and many of our guests have said how special the two days were. We have had so many comments on what a great do it was, and everyone loved the food on the 2nd and it was a great way to start the wedding celebrations. The street party was a great hit too! Thank you for making the day go so well, and there were so many staff that also looked after us superbly! I think it was Melanie who looked after us on the Thursday night, and the bar staff were excellent. But also thanks for the last 52 weeks, from when we booked our wedding with you. You have all looked after us tremendously and we are so grateful for the time, advice and care you have taken. We certainly experienced the pride in the hotel and the team work. We are still waiting photos from Hanne as she is away at the moment. But we have attached a few that you may wish to use for an social media posts. We had our Wedding here yesterday and it was nothing short of perfect. The food was fantastic, the organisation was brilliant but more importantly the staff were amazing. My wife and i were amazed by the young girl 'Grace' she was professional and went above and beyond for us, when she could see we were stressed (especially my wife at one point) she was so calming and reassuring which is exactly what anybody would want and its priceless. For a 19 year old to be so professional, thoughtful and caring is a breath of fresh air, the Valley need to hold on to this member of staff for as long as possible because she is perfect for the role and if she wasnt there that day just wouldnt have been the same. Thats not to say that 'Lee' the other member of staff dealing with us wasn't just as perfect and professional, but it has to be highlighted for such a young member of staff like Grace as she is a credit to the hotel. We are so happy with how the day went it was literally perfect so thank you so much xx

Working with The Valley Hotel is made such an easy and enjoyable process. I have dressed the venue a few times and couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome. Lee and his team being so accommodating and friendly.

Fantastic day, fantastic staff who where so so helpful, beautiful venue, and food that's amazing. Perfect for large or small weddings, we had the jack field for 28, brilliant. Only downside was my 3 year old who chocked on a mini connect four counter, not hotels, even then staff where there helping straight away. Thanks Lisa ans all the staff at the valley.

If you want 100% attention to detail, excellent food, staff who go above and beyond and a beautiful venue surrounded by gorgeous views then the Best Western Valley Hotel is simply perfect. We had the best day ever! The staff were so patient and helpful helping us to plan. I never realised how much they get involved to make sure everything is perfect on the day. I felt clueless when I started planning but the lovely Lisa & Emily made it all so much easier and encouraged us to keep in touch regularly and responded to any queries quickly. It made the build up to the day less stressful because I had complete faith in them to make our day exactly how we wanted it. From the minute I checked in the night before I was treated like a princess! On the day all the staff were amazing and many of our guests were overwhelmed by the service and friendliness of the staff. I lost count how how many times I was told how great the staff were and how much they enjoyed the food. Lots of guests told us it was the best wedding that they've ever been to and that's thanks to the excellent food, friendly and helpful staff and gorgeous surroundings. I can't find one fault at all and would definitely recommend them. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we are extremely lucky that we picked such a perfect venue.
