The Amcrest Suite is situated downstairs. With your own exclusive entrance and terrace, our professional and dedicated staff will ensure that you have a memorable day. The Amcrest Suite has an optional partitioned wall which means that the room can be used for a more private function such as a wedding breakfast and then opened out to welcome your additional guests in the evening. Benefiting from its own dance floor and bar, it comfortably caters for up to 120 guests for a sit down meal and up to 170 for a party. Upstairs, our charming and elegant Oak Room is perfect for more intimate events. Seating up to 30 guests for a small wedding or party, it’s located next to our main bar area. You’ll find both of our freshly renovated suites air-conditioned for your guests’ comfort. Both our suites have stunning views across one of the finest golf courses in the country. You’ll also enjoy our wedding garden, pond and water feature which make fabulous backdrops for photo opportunities. We have a superb variety of different menus for you to choose from - all carefully selected by our Head Chef depending on your theme and budget. Whether you are looking for a more traditional sit down dinner or a delicious fork buffet, we can cater for all tastes and special diets. Our experienced events team will meticulously organise all of the fine details to make your event special – including entertainment and drinks packages.
