- Brinsop Court is a wonderful home from home. Weddings at Brinsop are laid back, family affairs with lots going on around the estate for family and friends to do to relax together before and after the formal part of the wedding day. Our specialty is the unhurried celebration where the merging of two families is spent in luxurious and comfortable surroundings with plenty of space. There are stunning function rooms for the different stages of the celebrations. Couples can choose to exchange their vows in the paneled library with its beautiful ceiling and wall to wall books, or the medieval banqueting hall with its roaring open fire and sparkling chandelier, or the elegant Queen Anne room that looks out over the moat or even the ancient enclosed courtyard planted with white roses. The local church is a very short drive away if couples prefer to marry there, returning to Brinsop Court to continue their celebrations. On site is our very special Ivy Cottage which is tucked away from the main manor house and is perfect for the bridal couple's first night. Ivy Cottage is available to stay in when you book a viewing and the cost will be deducted if you go ahead and book your wedding at Brinsop Court.
