• The use of all rooms within the venue and the grounds for the purpose of your reception. Weekend and Tuesday - Wednesday weddings from midday prior to your wedding day until 5pm the day after. Monday weddings have access from 6pm prior to your wedding day until 5pm the following day. Thursday weddings have access from 12 midday prior to your wedding day up until 10am the day after. • The Garden Room/Arbour/Lounge Bar for the ceremony (civil licence fee payable to East Riding Council). • Exclusive use of the courtyard accommodation for your wedding guests (chargeable per unit, per night) providing all accommodation is hired for both nights for weekend weddings and the night of the wedding for midweek bookings • Communal kitchen diner • Bridal suite for the night of the wedding. • Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests including the top table. 6ft round tables and limewash chivari chairs with ivory seat pads (trestle tables can be arranged at an additional cost). • A wedding coordinator to ensure your day runs smoothly. Our coordinator will manage your suppliers on the day, organise, make announcements and provide additional support to you for the duration of your day. • Wireless microphones for use during your speeches • White LED dance floor • Stage and PA system • Fully staffed bar • 2 full height easels, 2 table top easels • Battery candles & lanterns throughout • Cake table & knife • Spare pump available for guest beer (full retail cost of keg must be covered) • Gift and card table and guest book table. • Basket with umbrellas and blankets • Patio furniture, patio heaters and gas (additional charges for daytime use) • Festoon lighting to the courtyard and woodland area • Full clean up service • Supervised parking • Arrangement of taxis as part of a pre bookable service. • Glamping field for (bell tents to be booked through us.) • Toilet and shower room for glamping guests

A family run renovated former grain barn with a modern twist. Reclaimed timber and dressed brick give this stunning barn an industrial lux feel. Accessed by a leafy country lane the 12 acre site is backed by woodland and offers views of the Yorkshire Wolds. The option to marry indoors or outdoors and offering all the facilities you would expect from a boutique hotel including stage with PA and surround sound system, LED dance floor, a mezzanine lounge bar, baby grand piano, leather booths and luxurious cloakrooms. The Hog And Apple Food Company are the resident caterers and offer you bespoke dining options. The luxury accommodation including the bridal suite with private garden and jacuzzi as well as the option of bell tents in our clamping field are reserved for your exclusive use during your time at Bunny Hill. Nothing has been overlooked in the pursuit for wedding perfection and the team pride themselves on creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and offering the highest level of service.

We had the best day ever
5* We got married at Bunny Hill last weekend and we couldn’t be happier with the service from Sharon, Paul and Lauren. We had some stresses in the week leading up to the wedding, and they were so helpful and tried to diffuse our stress as much as possible. The venue is absolutely incredible, and there is nothing else quite like it in the area. Our guests couldn’t believe how beautiful the place is! We had the best day ever! Thanks to the team for going above and beyond for us on the day and ensuring we could enjoyed every moment. Wish we could do it all over again!

The food was superb
5* Had my daughters wedding at Bunny Hill. What a fantastic venue, all under one roof so no need to go out unless you want to. A very high standard of cleanliness. Wish I had another daughter to do it all again
5* My Daughter's wedding at the weekend. The most superb venue, lovingly refurbished for a perfect place to hold a wedding - or anything else for that matter. Four superb bedrooms, plus a lavish Bridal Suite, with adjoining additional room. Also a communal kitchen area, where we had a pre-wedding gathering of family and friends the night before. Lovely place, lovely people, lovely food. Cannot recommend highly enough - almost wish I had another daughter to do it all again!! Thank you Sharon & Paul

Can't recommend this venue highly enough
5* My Wife & I (And about 150 other people!) visited this brand-new wedding venue on Saturday 16th November 2019 - for the wedding of my Niece. This is a brand-new venue which came about almost by accident apparently? But what a fortunate accident! I have attended many wedding venues over the years but have to say that Bunny Hill farm is right up there with the very best! And I am also sure that it will only improve with time & experience, as Paul, Sharon, Lauren & the rest of the team learn and absorb from each different Wedding they host. The Bridal suite is absolutely first-class - complete with hot-tub! the guest accommodation is sublime and as for the venue itself - there are insufficient superlatives in the English language to describe how absolutely superb it is! It simply blew me away and if I didn't live 200+ miles away I would absolutely be arranging my own Daughter's wedding there! Can't recommend this wedding venue highly enough!

Can only be described as stunning
5* I have booked my wedding for 02/09/2020. I have been one of them brides that likes to ask every question you could possibly think of. Their admins responses have been quick and really helpful. We have visited their free events a few times now and the effort, design, elegance, and time that has gone into making Bunny Hill Farm, has been what can only be described as stunning. Me and my partner love the social media updates and can’t wait to get married there next year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - as much as I don’t want anyone else getting married there. Selfishly, it’s my venue 😂

You can tell everything has been done with love
I was lucky enough to win the Easter competition, wow what a treat we had. Champagne afternoon tea was delicious so much choice which we couldn't eat it all. The hot tub was so relaxing. Paul, Sharon and Lauren made us so welcome and even in the short length of time we were there we felt we've known them for years and was part of the family. Fantastic wedding venue and you can tell everything has been done with love. Thank you again Paul Sharon and Lauren, see you again in June when Michael and Melissa gets married 💗

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

This would have to be our daughter's wedding. When we couldn't find a Yorkshire barn that ticked all the boxes we decided to convert our old grain barn. We were intending to spruce it up and got seriously carried away. Being able to host our daughter's wedding from home was extremely hard work but so rewarding. We like to promote a home from home feel for all our couples.

A game of Mr & Mrs played after the speeches. The room was filled with laughter, it lightened the mood and set the tone for an evening of fun.

Our cool mezzanine lounge. You choose what's on draught, hand pick the tunes, then relax with your friends and family in your very own bar whilst keeping an eye on who's throwing the shapes on the dance floor below.

As a small family run business we share the journey from beginning to end with each couple, many of them keeping in touch after their big day.
