- Picture your wedding marquee sited either on the Canal Lake venue on the main lawn overlooking the lake’s stone bridge with a vista of the Doric Temple in the distance, all to a backdrop of the old coach house with its elegant clock tower, or in the more rustic Cedar Tree venue overlooking the Bottom lake with its barn and Gothic Boathouse surrounded by magnificent old specimen trees. As your guests marvel at the views, the home to one of the largest collections of water birds in the country, with cranes and peafowl gracing the lawns, imagine wandering off to take advantage of some truly unique photo locations including a Gothic Boathouse, a Doric Temple and a rustic stone bridge spanning the lake. We understand each wedding is different, with each couple using their experiences and vision to create a unique personality both inside and outside the marquee and we have a variety of carefully vetted wedding reception suppliers for you to use. You can find more details in our eBrochure and in the download section on our website (including local accommodation suppliers). We only hold a few weddings receptions each year to ensure your day is not one of many. To arrange a visit please contact us.
