    • Take the M5 to Exeter. The M5 ends at Exeter but just stay on the duel carriageway. Approximately 2-3 miles past Exeter you will come to a fork in the road at the bottom of Telegraph Hill. The left hand road goes to Torquay, the right hand road is the A38 and is signposted to Plymouth. Take the A38 to Plymouth. Approximately 10 miles from Telegraph Hill you will come to the Drumbridges roundabout. This is the A382 and is signposted to Newton Abbot, Trago Mills, Heathfield, Bovey Tracey and Mortonhamstead. Get off at the Drumbridges roundabout and go around to the right towards Heathfield, Moretonhampstead and Bovey Tracey. Go about 1½ miles to the first roundabout, by the Co-Op petrol garage and go straight across for another mile until you get to the next roundabout, by the small Fire Station and turn left. This is the B3387 and is signposted to Haytor and Widecombe. After 1/2 mile you will come to a fork in the road, go left, this is still signposted to Haytor and Widecombe. After about 3/4 of a mile you will see the Edgemoor Country House Hotel on your right. Straight ahead of you on the opposite side of the road you will see the entrance to the private drive for Colehayes Park. You will see our sign and 2 five foot tall granite posts. Keep going along the drive, past the lake, over the bridge and you are there. We have a very strict speed limit of 20mph on the drive so please please keep your speed down ---- thanks. Also, please beware of the 2 speed bumps at the beginning of the drive, so go slow. If you’re going to the cottage continue straight past the manor house until you see a gate entrance on your left. Pull in there and you have arrived at Cork Tree Cottage. Phone 01626 836348 or 833033 if you get lost or need help.
