Altskeith Country House along with stunning views, our own beach, landscaped waterfall and water front views we also offer an opportunity for the happy couple to take time to row on the Loch. For weekend weddings couples tend to stay a minimum of 2 nights, have a relaxed meal the night before the wedding with close family and friends or a wider group as a pre wedding party. One the wedding day hair and make up arrive at the house and preparations all begin for the day ahead. Altskeith is able to offer accommodation for up to 22 guests and there is a range of additional accommodation in the area to provide sleeping for larger weddings of up to 120 guests. Minimum weekend guests 70. Sunday-Thursday no minimum. Couples can be married outside or inside with a large range of outside options available and stunning backdrop for unique photographic opportunities. We provide a whole range of different types of meals, canapes and drinks for a couple to choose for their wedding meal ranging from Family service slow cooked, smoked & bbq style menus, formal dining and fine dining options. We have a large wood fired pizza oven for evening snacks along with a menu selection of other choices including paella, pulled pork rolls and other food selections. We offer a large and well stocked bar with a wide selection. Cocktails can also be provided. We are fully licensed and the bar can be open until 1.00 a.m. on a Friday & Saturday.
