Our packages are a standard: £1300 + VAT (2024) and £1350 + VAT (2025) for a maximum of 60 guests. - A dedicated member of staff to help plan and deliver your special ceremony - Staff to prepare the venue on your wedding day - Staff to prepare the venue for a dress rehearsal - Staff to serve toast/canapes as requested - Use of castle and grounds for photographs - Hire of up to 60 chairs - White chair covers and choice of bows - LED candle arrangements around the Laigh Hall - Guarantee to be the only wedding on that day For smaller, intimate wedding ceremonies please get in touch for pricing. Dundonald Castle Full Description

An experienced team will work closely with you to make sure that the Great Hall, with its 14th-century barrel-vaulted ceiling, is transformed. With candles, flowers, twinkling lights, soft flooring and comfortable seating, you can have a unique and very personal style of ceremony.

first visit to Dundonald Castle

A few weeks ago I had my first visit to Dundonald Castle which was very interesting as it was in a much more usable condition than I had imagined and extended over 3 levels. If you are interested in a small wedding then I can recommend the venue. Excellent staff co-ordinating and organising the ceremony and looking after the guests post-ceremony while the bride & groom were making use of the castle to get their photos.

From the first visit, we fell in love with the castle's charm and knew it'd be the perfect space for our wedding... The decorations placed by the team looked amazing and added to the castle's unique and warm atmosphere... Our concerns about restoration work in progress didn't affect anything at all. Our pictures taken within the hall and on the grounds look amazing, with the beautiful castle walls backdrop and scenic views from Dundonald hill.

All of the staff are so passionate about what they do ensuring that your day is perfect... On the day itself, everything looked exactly as we had envisioned it and the ceremony ran smoothly, all staff were on hand to meet our guests every need. All of your team could not have been more helpful and everyone had a fantastic afternoon. The castle was stunning... the weather was beautiful, the staff extremely helpful. We could not have asked for a better wedding venue with stunning landscapes, and a relaxed atmosphere.
