Detailed Description

We offer a unique choice of wedding packages. Your choice do as little or as much as you want. Fully catered with "field and fork" or DIY. Camping and lots of beds available for your big day. Come and stay in the House or have your special event here. Set in twenty five acres wildflower meadows. A sweet short breath away from nature. A special historic place with Iron Age and Roman history. Perfectly Placed in seclusion but close to main road and mainline station rail connection. Four huge themed boutique bedrooms and a large vaulted double height central Saxon Hall, living and dining area with exposed beams throughout. The house sleeps up to twelve. All bedrooms have designer en suite bathrooms. More rooms available nearby in out Timber barn. The earthworks of the Roman fort nearby, give an atmospheric whisper of the Iron Age history of the site. The ancient meadowlands have a charming mix of unique birdlife, wild flowers and dragonflies. The valley is magnificent when flooded, and enchanting when in bloom. The house and grounds are an ideal venue for fun and laughter. Perfect for a DIY wedding reception. Make your own choices, bring your own bottles, cook your own food or have your own choice of catering. Create your perfect wedding reception with bonfires, camping and use the facilities of our glam barn for extra guests. Stag and hen nights, anniversary, special events or a family party. Overlooking a breeding wader bird reserve and adjacent working farm, this is a place to make your own, for the weekend or for the week. Nearby footpaths allow easy access to discoveringly wander through the delight of the Sussex landscape. With three wetland wildlife sanctuaries and two pubs, an easy walk away. A perfect escape to luxury, in a quiet corner of West Sussex, inside the South Downs National Park. The house is only an hour from central London, Heathrow and half an hour from Gatwick .
