I have detailed below some further information about the hire of Elms Meadow.
There is one cost for the venue hire which includes the following:
• Four giant tipi hats
• Wooden flooring throughout
• Access from 1pm - 5pm day prior for set up. Access from 9am until 12.30am on day of your wedding. Access from 10am to 12noon day after the wedding to clear away.
• 18 tables
• 36 benches
• 15 chairs
• Fairy lights on most poles
• Bar set up
• Pay bar (tabs and packages can be arranged and we can take cash or card on the bar)
• Toilets
• Power (via silent running generator)
• Parking
• Selection of tables/trunks/suitcases for display purposes
• Indoor and outside firepit
• Selection of outside seating and tables
The venue hire cost is £8250 (VAT inclusive).
The tipis hold a maximum of 150 guests.
