GG's Yard

The hall where the wedding will be held, is full of character: full of original characteristics such as bare stone walls, beautiful floors, a wonderful layout, large windows creating fabulous light, feature log burners , wooden beams, neutral tones, Harris tweeds, stunning sea views and modern comfort. GG's Yard is a space that brings people together over the things that matter most. Our team are trained to the highest standard and will look after your every need. The kitchens are purpose built and have the latest equipment so that we can cater for a large number of people to the highest standards. The food prepared by our Chef Jamie is fresh and locally sourced. We also have accommodation for you and your guests- 18 stylish Sea View Snugs and 14 rooms at our hotel The Murray Arms (in Gatehouse of Fleet). Each snug can sleep two or four people. The Nest and High Haven are both snugs ideal for your wedding night - only a few minutes from the venue. We also have a cosy and modern two bedroom cottage, again situated a short walk from the venue. Many of our units have hot tubs to relax in whilst taking in the view and four of our snugs are dog friendly if you wish to bring your four legged furry friends too! Our bistro bar 'Gather' is onsite for you to enjoy with guests. Whether you plan a breakfast gathering the day after or a meal the night before your big day, we can provide delicious homemade food in our simply stunning, modern bistro bar. This space is themed to bring the outdoors inside, a place where good food and good views nourish the soul.
