Once you have made an initial enquiry, you will be contacted by one of our Wedding Coordinators who will speak to you and send you all the information you require to start planning your big day. We offer evening and weekend appointments so you can come down to the hotel to view at your convenience.
Once you have decided on what you would like on your big day, we will be able to book a package or create a bespoke package to cater your needs. Our dedicated staff will make this as easy as possible and explain all the in’s and out’s relevant to your booking.
After your booking, we will arrange frequent appointments with yourselves in order to obtain updates and receive payments. If you had any questions or queries in the times before your appointments, we are always on hand for you right up to your “Big Day”.
