Full Description
For our Festival weekend weddings, "The Wedding Barn" can cater for up to 250 guests, or up to 400 with a marquee annex. Or for small, or intimate ceremonies you can choose either the Farmhouse (up to 20), or the Dutch barn (up to 60). With catering, you can choose your own, or we can offer a variety of great value options, at various price points - choose from our big pan festival-style food, hot or cold buffets, or perhaps something more rustic with a hog roast, pulled pork or even a BBQ & street food style, it all depends on what you want. Our location is very adaptable offering both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. We're as flexible as you need us to be... so come and design your wedding, with our help.

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

They're all fab - but one couple was definitely the most romantic, and another had the most dancing guests we've ever seen...

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Start planning early and delegate, delegate, delegate - it does save on the stress!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

A large canvas that every one of the guests drew or wrote or drew on, instead of a guest book - which would go on the wall at the home of the bride & groom. It looked fab, just like a piece of art! Lots of guests were incredibly artistic!

Describe your venue in 5 adjectives.

Rustic, relaxed, scenic, natural, festival

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

Too many to pick just one! We've views, woodland - but the most popular are our derelict mill and our stone barn...

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

Everyone's special who comes here!

What’s your favourite canapé?

Ooh - tough one. Anything with salmon maybe

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Crumpets or marshmallows over the fire pits.

What is your venue's most unique feature?

You can do everything here - there's plenty of space and grounds to spread out and have lots of fun, creating beautiful memories. The number of games - rounders, tug-of-war and coconut-shy to name a few!

What part of your business are you most proud of?

That we did it at all - lots of friends thought we were brave moving over 200 miles to relocate to Wales!
