Our venue hire price is for exclusive hire of the venue for the entire day of your wedding. You get access to the bridal suite from 10am, as well as full use of the ceremony room, banquet hall, two bars and outdoor private terrace. There are no hidden costs. All tables, chairs, glasswear, crockery, cutlery is included as well as some lovely extras such as festoon lighting, lanterns in the ceremony room and candles around the venue.

We offer a variety of menus, all offering a different style of dining, prices range from £29.50 to £50. We also offer canapes and a variety of evening food option. Some people opt for a more relaxed dining experience and have a buffet rather than a three course meal, this is something we can cater for and always work with you to ensure we are providing the perfect menu for your big day.

Haarlem Mill is an exclusive hire venue. We can cater for weddings (ceremony and/or reception), parties and events. This stunning industrial venue can host your day from start to finish with a dedicated wedding coordinator on hand to ensure your big day goes off without a hitch. We pride ourselves on being completely transparent with our pricing and flexible with our menus. If you don't see something you love on our existing menus, we'll create something bespoke for you. And the price you see is the price you get, there are no hidden extras.

I cant recommend Haarlem Milll highly enough. We had a 'covid wedding' organised in 5 weeks and we were delighted with the amount of help, advice, and guidance we received from everyone at Haarlem Mill. It was both extremely professional and relaxed at the same time, making the wedding prep process one to enjoy rather than stress about. The venue is beautiful, the grounds are perfect with some amazing places for photos and the food was amazing. We were impressed with the flexibility of everyone and how easy it was to organise more unusual requests within the social guidance rules at the time. We got married at Haarlem Mill in December 19. We had a fantastic day, the venue looked stunning and all of our guests commented on how beautiful it was. The staff were amazing to deal with and the food was excellent. A special mention has to go to Abby White the Events Manager as she made the whole process from the initial viewing of the venue all the way to the wedding day so easy and enjoyable, we couldn't thank her enough! If your looking for a cool industrial venue for your special day with amazing customer service then Haarlem Mill is the one!
