With a number of spaces available for your ceremony and reception your wedding at Hampton Court is a great way for you to celebrate your special day. Based within the Palace grounds, Little Banqueting House is one of the most picturesque spaces and is ideal for intimate celebrations and civil ceremonies of 50 people. The private walled garden can also be used for drinks receptions and can accommodate a marquee for after dinner dancing. It can also be combined with the garden room for larger receptions.
The Garden Room is light, airy and spacious- just perfect for a summer wedding or autumnal celebration. s well as being a great space for live bands and dancing, this 1920s-style orangery boasts stunning views and can be used in conjunction with our other venues, such as the Little Banqueting House or the State Apartments. The Garden Room’s beautiful French windows open out onto a walled garden reserved exclusively for you and your guests. This private space makes an idyllic setting for drinks, games and photographs. The Garden Room can accommodate up to 180 guests for civil ceremonies and receptions and can be used in conjunction with a multitude of other venues to tailor your day to your exact requirements.
Within the palace itself there are a number of stunning spaces to excite, including The Great Hall of Hampton Court Palace is one of the most jaw-dropping venues in the country. Originally designed as a feasting chamber for Henry VIII, it was the last medieval great hall to be constructed for the English monarchy. The Great hall can accommodate up to 220 guests, and is licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 200 guests.
