Formal or informal, funky or traditional, we'll ensure the food and drink complement your wedding at Cannizaro House perfectly. What would you like? A five-course wedding breakfast, a casual and informal buffet, a completely bespoke dining menu and wine list specifically created for the occasion by our resident Chef and Sommelier? The choice is yours, but whatever you decide, come the big day, we'll work diligently behind the scenes to make sure everything runs like clockwork. Surrounded by nearly 1,200 acres of parkland and Wimbledon Common, Cannizaro House creates a picturesque setting for your special day. No matter if its a small intimate gathering or a larger group we can accommodate you and your guests, from drinks receptions on a private terrace or exclusively in the Orangerie, to a sit down dinner for 90 guests. Krug is the largest of the private rooms with its own entrance from the car park and a private terraced garden, which is glorious in warm weather and perfect for an outdoor reception. Ruinart room has access to The Orangerie and the South Terrace and overlooks Cannizaro Park, a spacious and flexible room with plenty of natural light. Lallier has views over Cannizaro Park, which provides this delightful room with an abundance of light and a sunny aspect. The Opus One conservatory has the feeling of bringing the outdoors in, a semi private space perfect for an intimate ceremony or small wedding breakfast.

Happy couple married in July
August 2022
The best/happiest day of our life! And Angie is phenomenal
My wife and I got married at the hotel du Vin Wimbledon in July, and it was the best and happiest day of our life by far! And it was thanks to all the staff and the hotel. Firstly, the hotel is fantastic, it is classic and luxurious, and the rooms are amazing. The service is fantastic with helpful and kind staff. Also, the food is great as well, the meal for the wedding and the breakfast the next morning were perfect. And most importantly, the event manager. Angie is absolutely phenomenal. In fact, meeting with her was one of the best things that happened to us during our planning. She helped us organise everything we had to do. Coming from abroad with no families in the UK, we were clueless about how to run a wedding in the UK. However, she held our hands, and step by step, helped us to create the happiest day of our life. She is so positive and supportive, I believe she actually did not say no once to the requests we made and always try her absolute best to make our requests possible. She is extremely smart. The wedding process and details can be very confusing, however, she is always crystal clear with her explanation and in her emails. She is also very so honest, she does not try to sell you expensive packages and she will advise and help you to make everything happen within the budget. It's like you have a friend that works for the hotel, not one of that business relationship. And therefore, we cannot thank her enough. We would highly recommend hotel du Vin. We look forward to returning for our anniversary. And thank you, Angie, again for the best day of our life
