Nestling in the foothills of Ben Nevis, Inverlochy Castle sits amidst some of Scotland’s finest scenery and is steeped in history. Inverlochy was built in 1863 as a private residence, over one hundred years later in 1969 it was converted into a country house hotel.
The Great Hall on entry, with its frescoed ceiling, Venetian crystal chandeliers and handsome staircase reflects a relaxed, tranquil atmosphere of a bygone era.
All 18 bedrooms have private bathroom and are individually designed, boasting splendid views of the grounds and surrounding mountains.
Dinner is served in one of our three magnificent dining rooms, each decorated with period and elaborate furniture presented as gifts to Inverlochy from the King of Norway. The menu features modern British Cuisine and our chef uses the finest local ingredients including scallops, wild mushrooms and local game.
Inverlochy Castle is the perfect location for a Romantic Highland Wedding. We can arrange everything to suit your requirements, making your special day unforgettable.
Whilst staying at Inverlochy activities available are in abundance, with fishing, clay pigeon shooting, water sports, pony trekking, stalking, tennis and guided walking to name but a few.
Inverlochy Castle is an experience not to be missed!
