Pricing & Costs
- For exclusive use of our grounds, the hire charge is £2950 which also includes all of the bedrooms in the farm house for the night of your wedding (we can sleep up to 14) with breakfast. Access to the farm the day before your wedding is also included which allows for set up and personalisation of your structure. The rooms in the farm house are also available for you to book exclusively for the night before your wedding should this be a requirement. We can hold ceremonies here, either on the main lawn or within our secret garden. Ceremonies can be conducted by either a celebrant or a local registrar to include exchanging of rings and vowels but you would have needed to have signed the register beforehand in order to make it legal! We have a number of drinks packages available which are priced from £18.99 pp which includes 2 reception drinks, half a bottle of wine plus a glass of prosecco for your toasts, alternatively, corkage is an option if preferred. Our bar,'The Tipsy Pony' is also fully staffed and stocked and is available for you and your guests as required. We would highly recommend our event management service at a cost of £500 which will ensure all details are taken care of on the lead up to your wedding and on the day itself. Our event manager will be on hand throughout the whole process and will be available on the day and right up to the end of the evening to ensure everyone is well looked after. You are welcome to bring in your own suppliers (subject to approval) in terms of structure and catering, however, this would be subject to an addition charge depending on level of provision. We can highly recommended suppliers in terms of marquee or tipi hire (www.countrytipis.co.uk) and can arrange meetings to discuss your requirements in detail. We also work closely with Kingfisher caterers (www.kingfishercaterers.co.uk) who can provide a number of options for day & evening food to include canapes, BBQ's, sharing platters or more formal wedding breakfasts.
