We want to ensure that every moment of your big day is a memorable one. That’s why we are here to assist with all the details of your event, however small. As well as hosting receptions, we can also arrange for you to hold your ceremony within the hotel as we have a licence to conduct services in any of our banqueting suites. WEDDING PLANNING We assign each couple a dedicated wedding specialist who will work with you to create the day of your dreams. From arranging timings to catering, flowers to linen, we can take the strain out of planning. CATERING We can provide all manner of cuisine for your big day. From canapés to desserts, a lavish buffet to a sit-down dinner, we have the experience and ideas to create your perfect menu. Our sommelier can offer advice on the best drinks to complement your chosen menu. PERFECT TOUCHES We enjoy established relationships with a number of external suppliers and will be happy to recommend everything from photographers to wedding stationery and cakes. Our talented in-house florist is an expert in crafting beautiful arrangements. If you are holding a reception in our stunning ballroom, we can arrange for you to enter through the private Royal Entrance from Hyde Park. If entering from Knightsbridge, we can organise personalised flags with your names or initials to fly over the entrance. TOASTMASTER (SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGE) We can arrange for a Toastmaster to assist with the smooth running of your party. He will welcome and introduce guests on arrival, ensure people receive their placement cards at the reception, announce dinner, announce the arrival of the bride and groom and introduce the speeches. WEDDINGS & HONEYMOONS BY MANDARIN ORIENTAL With Weddings and Honeymoons by Mandarin Oriental, couples who wed at our hotel's ballroom receive a complimentary honeymoon night and other special benefits at another Mandarin Oriental hotel in the Group.

Better wedding than the Ritz - modern classic
Staff was incredible and supportive. The prices of the local vendors were expensive but there were plenty of cheaper ones who were willing to travel. The setting was excellent. The food was better at tasting than on the day.

The Gate behind the Hotel that used to be the main entrance to the Hotel in the past. It is now only opened upon receipt special permission and for our special and Royal events. We would be happy to have it open and lay the red carpet for your guests too to make your day even more unique.
