Has to be Mini Yorkshire puddings with rare beef and creamed horseradish.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
There are so many choices for evening food, but a Hog Roast or a Wood fired pizza oven always goes down really well for the evening food, something relaxed that guests can soak up the alcohol and eat in the courtyard.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Being right on the River Severn has to be one of the most favourite spots here at Milton End.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We are a family run business on a working diary farm, so I would have to say that building the barn is something we as a whole are proud of.
