Novotel Manchester West

This month we had our wedding at the hotel. It was superb, the location was nice and relaxed, the room was decorated beautifully and extremely well organised. It made our day unforgettable. The food provided was excellent and I have had many positive comments from wedding guests saying how good it was. Special thanks must go to Carlina, a very nice lady who coordinated everything for us brilliantly :) In fact all the staff on the day were very good. We will return for the odd night as this is now a special place for us. Paul & Helen x

We had a fantastic time at our wedding. The staff especially Carlina the wedding coordinator were excellent. Special mention for the chef for my roast beef and Yorkshire pudding dinner for 80 plus that day. The food was hot and excellent quality. Zoe, pregnant member of staff was very helpful always. The rooms do need fridges and air con in my opinion. However they were very clean and suitable. It's a shame there is no bridal suite, 4 poster bed etc for wedding couples and I hope this is considered in the refurbishment of bedrooms. The bar staff and bar manager were excellent getting limoncello and drambuie in for the bar. The breakfast was fabulous, loads of choice, hot, tasty food. The venue was superb for the wedding with a large car park and great gardens for wedding photos and patio gor drinks for the guests. Carlina was helpgul throughout the planning. She is friendly yet professional, approachable and calm at all times. The flowers by Jo from flower frenzy were beautiful. The bar staff were friendly and effective at all times. The main man forgotten his name on reception was always polite and tried to help but I do feel he would benefit from more training. He didn't know the answer to basic questions though he did find put answers always. He was very relaxed and it was hard to trust the room bookings with the run up to the wedding which were not correct but they were right on the day and Carlina was fab with sorting and checking my worries 're rooms. Finally special mention for Katie and Abbie serving and on the bar. They worked hard, always with a smile ..not forgetting Jack and Jack the night porters. They were helpful, funny and approachable..well done to all the staff. I do hope your hotel manager and Novotel hotel chain are grateful and reward you for being excellent staff. I would definetly recommend as a wedding venue with a fair price for excellent food, organisation and service on the day. Thank you so much ..it will always be a special place to me for our memories.

The wedding coordinator was amazing at catering to our every need on the run up and also on the actual day, she is a true professional who made it all run smoothly. I stayed 2 nights at the hotel, the first morning the staff were really accommodating in letting us take breakfast and hot drinks into the conference room for the bridal party who were getting ready in there, although the food was pretty average at best. The wedding meal was amazing and we’ve had countless praise for the lamb shank and then the evening buffet. Breakfast on the Saturday morning was amazing which defiantly made up for the day before. Bedrooms are large and can comfortably fit 4 people sleeping if the sofa bed is only put out when you want to sleep. The rooms do need an update to make them more modern but they are clean and comfortable.

We recently held our Wedding here in Nov '18..... From the 1st meeting right up until the day of the Wedding communication between ourselves was exceptional. The staff are clearly very well trained in providing the best experience for what was a "brilliant day". At our second meeting we were introduced to our coordinator Carlina, we both felt at ease and reassured that she would execute the day to perfection and boy did she deliver. There aren't enough compliments to do justice to the service Carlina provided to us both, in particular to Michelle. It's with a little sadness that we don't get to have further meetings and enjoy that warmth and sincerity that Carlina gives to you.We felt like we'd made a friendship at the end of it all. Many Many Thanks seems not enough, but we'll miss you... The Hotel is a brilliant venue providing everything you need for an In-House Wedding, from start to finish staff seemed genuinely thrilled for you. The meal for our Wedding Breakfast was beautiful Many Thanks to Chef and his team and the waiters on the day who are always polite & courteous. A special mention also to Pauline who was there on our very 1st meeting, genuine and professional a lovely person, also to Lucaz who calmed a misunderstanding later that evening, you handled it both professionally and with a large degree of class sir, Well Done.! I've never left a review for anything before, mainly because I could never be bothered, but it would be remiss of me to not leave one to this wonderful hotel and it's brilliant Staff Members.... We had our wedding at the Novotel Worsley at the end of September and it was wonderful. We moved house the same week, so we were a bit stressed to say the least, but Carlina the wedding organiser was great, she made sure it all went smoothly on the day. All the guests said how nice the food was and everyone really enjoyed the day. The poor staff at the end of the night were probably wishing we would just go to bed, none of us wanted to leave. The barmaid was particularly friendly and I'm sorry i didn't get chance to thank her, it just went by so fast. The DJ, who was a last minute replacement ( the original had a family emergency) was great, phoned us before and asked about song choices and first dance etc, really nice man. The next morning, before we left, was the gorgeous breakfast, we were all a bit tired, but the cooked breakfast got us going again. All in all fabulous day, thanks to Carlina and the Novotel

We had our wedding here October 6th and it was THE most perfect day. Carlina was our wedding coordinator and she was lovely!!!!! She made everything go like clockwork.
