Our beautiful woodland oasis hosts an incredible and unique wedding weekend celebration for friends, families and even dogs! The package pricing starts with our minimum requirements, exclusive site hire, bridal yurt and 6 woodland yurts. You and your guests will have exclusive use of our woodland yurt village, with full use of our wood fired hot tub, large home yurt, bandstand, secret beach area, large amphitheatre seating surrounding our camp fire and treehouse kitchen. We provide a wedding coordinator to help you plan your special weekend, as well as being on site for your arrival and ensuring your Plush wedding celebrations run smoothly. Our maximum capacity for day guests is 120 and will include the accommodation guests for the weekend also, whether you have the minimum 7 yurts or the full site (12 woodland yurts, 4 field yurts, 4 American Airstreams and extra camping space if required). Our pricing differs from month to month, with April and October (from £5300) being our most competitive rates to the summer months July, August and September at a higher rate (from £11500).

Full Weekend Wedding Venue Friday - Monday Midweek Dates available too, Tuesday - Thursday! Elessar is a yurt village nestled in a beautiful woodland copse designed for pure escapism. Whether you want to enjoy the multitude of social spaces or have a little bit of privacy in your own hammock, from the point that your friends and family park their cars and walk through our welcome arch they will be drawn into the tranquil, calm atmosphere. We welcome guests of all ages and love to hear the laughter of children running free down the paths, splashing in the hot tub or playing in our natural play area. For newcomers to glamping, we have just the right level of luxury such as Egyptian cotton bedding, hot showers and comfy sofas by the stove to keep everyone happy and contented. Award winning in the Times, Time Out and Beautiful South awards. Accommodation for 60 of your guests to stay in Luxury Mongolian Yurts. Bridal Yurt, perfect for getting ready with your special friends. Full weekend hire Friday 3pm-Monday 10am. Bring your own food and drink with no corkage wedding venue. A variety of beautiful areas for your ceremony as well as being within walking distance of a quaint rural chapel. 30ft yurt for your reception as well as a large outdoor area with fire pit and bandstand. Adjacent field to hire for extra marquees, entertainment or camping. Additional Yurts and overnight options available for hire. Wood fired hot tub, bandstand, chill out home yurt, fire pit, secret beach area, hot radiated showers and flushing toilets. Ample parking and only 4 miles from Chichester city centre. Mainline train station a short drive away. A huge range of local recommendations for catering, supplies and entertainment. Pet and family friendly.

Flawless wedding in the woods
We had the most incredible time hosting our wedding at Plush Tents. The team based on site were - from the get-go - accommodating, willing and flexible. From the moment we booked our wedding to the final touches on the morning of the ceremony, Plush went above and beyond to ensure our festival-themed wedding in the woods was a great time for all. We are not what you'd call traditional, so the opportunities at Plush ticked a lot of boxes for us. We wanted our friends and family to stay on site, we wanted people to feel like they could escape on their own accord, and we wanted a place where we could really let our hair down. We were able to decorate the site to our taste, bring in external caterers and the plush team even helped us run a bar during the first half of the event. A truly amazing weekend that neither we or our friends will forget ay time soon.

Plush Yurts gave us a place to have the wedding fest weekend that we'd dreamed of, but they also did a lot more than that.
Not only did they provide this beautiful site, but they supported us throughout our journey. They offered advice, they answered our endless questions, they facilitated multiple viewings of the venue. We honestly couldn't have asked for more from the team. We left with so many beautiful memories, and we also left feeling a part of the community at Plush. Every single staff member was there to help, was a friendly face and someone to chat with. They showed genuine interest in our wedding and in us as people. We loved getting to know all of them. If you want to have an unforgettable weekend, whether it's a wedding or any other celebration, and want to go with an incredible venue where the people genuinely care and support you, this is the place to create some special memories.

My husband and I had our wedding weekend at Plush Tents and it was absolutely magical!
From the moment we booked, Megan and the team were incredibly helpful and worked with us to curate our perfect day. This included setting up the site as we needed for various parts of the day, providing bar staff for our reception and morning coffees, recommending suppliers and ideas for the day, and in particular making it possible for us to hold an informal handfasting ceremony and ceremonial lighting of the campfire! All of our guests commented on how beautiful and unique the venue was and our younger guests absolutely loved the play area. With our exclusive hire we had many of our guests staying over in both the airstreams and yurts, and our guests found the amenities clean, tidy and more than sufficient for cooking and washing during the weekend, including our guests with infants. Our guests also made use of the hot tub, which was perfect after our busy wedding day! Unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply to one of the airstreams during the weekend, but the staff on site were so helpful in getting the issue sorted out. Another issue we had was with the generator hire company - due to miscommunication the set up of the generator on site was not as we required, so I would recommend if you are hiring a generator for the site to keep the hire company as well as Plush Tents fully updated with power requirements if they do change. Despite these issues, we had the best weekend and didn't want to leave. The site team were so friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for us. We would definitely stay on site again and have even recommended it to family members who have weddings coming up!

If anyone is wanting a wedding ceremony outside I would recommend Plush tents I want to do it all over again.
We had our wedding here in April 2023 we had the venue from Friday to Monday and had our ceremony on the Saturday, I can not put into words how amazing this was, all the staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was a problem for them, it really helped take the stress away from us on the day of the ceremony when the staff set up the venue so beautifully, The tents themselves that we stayed in were amazing and so comfy, if anyone is wanting a wedding ceremony outside I would recommend Plush tents I want to do it all over again.

We had an absolutely incredible wedding at Plush Tents Yurt Village!
As soon as we walked onto the site we had such a sense of calm come over us and it made our entire wedding relaxed and lovely. The staff were SO helpful and attentive, the site is beautiful and we have to give a shout out to the AMAZING wood fired hot tub - perfect for midnight and our sore feet on our wedding day! Also a shout out to the fabulous Doggo who sparked so much joy for us and our guests! We'll be returning to wedding anniversaries in the future and can't wait! Thanks so so much to all the staff in the lead of and throughout the weekend who were absolutely brilliant!

WOW!!! If I could give you 6 stars!🍾🥂🍾
Here for a wedding 💘made so magical by the natural surroundings, living willow arbour , huge fire pit for marshmallow toasting and chats till the stars came out. Yurts are comfy, cosy with log burner, equipped well....having a full working kitchen on site is a bonus, the coffee and tea shack run by the Plush Tents team for early morning cuppa was appreciated. Large communal yurt comfy with sofas and log burner was a great eve chill out zone or as a silent disco!! Play area for children and safe surroundings the kids could run free. Hot tub for us grownups! The team at PT are friendly nothing is to much trouble and they are there in the background if needed without appearing to be!( bit like fairys!) Thankyou X🌳🌲🌳🌿🌾🌳🍃
