Wedding Reception Prices include: - experienced On-the-day Co-ordinator - exclusive access from 9am to 1am (additional hours can be added at extra cost) - set up of tables & chairs for up to 80 guests as needed - spotlights and festoon lighting - bar provision and staffing - security staff as needed - cloakroom - sound system (for device plug-in and/or DJ) & mics - projector & screen - next day access for collection of items Ceremony offered at additional cost as follows: We offer 3 ceremony slots which all allow time for set-up, the ceremony, post-ceremony standing drinks reception and photographs: 9.30am to 12.00pm (suggested ceremony time: 10.30am) 1.00pm to 3.30pm (suggested ceremony time: 2.00pm) 4.30pm to 6.00pm (suggested ceremony time: 5.30pm) Monday to Friday: £500 Saturday & Sunday: £750  Prices include chair hire, wedding arch and drinks reception.

We are an award-winning venue, housed in a beautiful grade II listed building in the cultural quarter of Croydon's vibrant town centre. Our styling is industrial-luxe - cool, unique and quirky with feature items such as our original red telephone box, pashley trike, exposed brickwork, neon signs and festoon lighting. We house two floors, each with their own fully stocked bars and we work with couples to design bespoke drinks menus and cocktail collections. We offer several menu options from our 5-star rated kitchen or couples are welcome to arrange their own catering. We can also recommend lots of extras for your celebration such as our talented house DJ, incredible samba, salsa or bachata dancers, poi or burlesque performers, casino tables and croupiers... we can source pretty much anything! Weddings at Project B can be arranged over two floors or more intimate gatherings work well on just one floor. Overall our capacity stretches to 300 and we can accommodate up to 85 for seated dinner. We love to offer flexibility as we believe you should have everything you want for a day you will never forget.

So grateful to Project B for hosting our wedding reception of 30 guests!
So grateful to Project B for hosting our wedding reception of 30 guests- which we booked with very short notice. We had a great time and the venue was fantastic! Government guidelines were being followed such as temperature checks on entry and recording of guests contact details etc. Their customer service on the day (and on the run up to the day) was excellent! Would recommend this venue space to anyone as it's very versatile and you can do a lot with it - or even very little it would still be great!

THE BEST VENUE EVER!
Honestly I don’t know where to begin or how to fully describe the incredible day that we had for our wedding because of Project B. First of all- Karen and Hina are two of the loveliest and most hard working people we’ve ever met! Everything was so organised and smooth since the day we agreed to having project B as our venue (1 year prior to the wedding) right up to the big day itself. The place itself has so much life and character that as soon as we saw it we knew instantly we wanted it. The two ladies had everything planned perfectly down to a T. The food (which Hina made from scratch) was AMAZING and our guests are still talking about how it’s the best wedding food they’ve ever hand! They added so many personal touches to our day which made it extra special and our guests just couldn’t stop smiling. The staff provided the most friendly and efficient service and were so much fun!! I cannot rate this venue and the people highly enough- THIS IS THE BEST VENUE EVER!

What a lovely venue to host a party, and dealing with incredible people makes it so much better.
From viewing the venue and meeting Karen, to dealing with Hina via email in the run-up to my wedding reception, and James the bar manager on the actual evening - everything has been fantastic! What a lovely venue to host a party, and dealing with incredible people makes it so much better. The care and effort put in by every single person towards our event was wonderful. The staff all called in sick on the day so agency bar staff were called in, and we’d like to mention Carol who was amazing! Many guests commented on the great space & staff and I couldn’t recommend this more to anyone looking for a venue to hold their event in. Thank you to all involved. Hopefully we’ll have another event come up soon for an excuse to hire again

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

We were so lucky to have Jodie and Jamie celebrating their wedding with us in May. As a florist herself, Jodie really understood how to add to the charm of our beautiful venue, with simple fresh flower arrangements that really complimented the menu styling. Jodie and Jamie opted for a Mexican-themed menu and that was served to the backdrop of a Mariachi band! On the party floor Jodie hired in a huge Neon 'Till Death Do Us Party' sign, which we loved. These guys partied from 3pm to 3am without stopping. We stay in touch with every single couple that celebrated their wedding with us and we see Jodie often, as she is now our recommended florist for the venue.

Don't compromise your wedding dreams - (almost) anything is possible and we love to offer flexibility in every aspect to ensure every wedding wish can come true.

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

I cry at every speech - to me, every speech is a work of art, and the most personal of things to be treasured forever.
