Full Description
The whole house would be booked for a wedding and is a suitable venue for a small event of up to 60 guests. For larger events of up to 120 guests, a marquee would be required. We are not licensed for wedding ceremonies but please see our ‘useful links’ for ‘Inspirational Ceremonies’. The house can be booked for a minimum of two nights (three nights for a Wedding) out of the main holidays seasons and is very popular with large groups booking the whole house for a weekend away. 

 The gardens to the side of Shaw End are large enough to accommodate a marquee and extra toilet facilities. 

Extra parking can be arranged in the field at the front of the house.

 Guests can enjoy the beautiful scenery either from the comfort of the house and gardens or with a stroll down the field to the river and woods. The level banks of the river in front of the house make it a perfect spot for a grand family picnic, barbeque or even a hog roast!
