Swinton Park

Swinton is the perfect wedding venue and they hosted a fairy-tale wedding for ourselves in May 2022. Everything was perfect, the staff were helpful and attentive, the food was amazing and enjoyed by all our guests, and the DJ hired by the venue was brilliant. From the moment we went to visit to enquire the staff were extremely helpful, with the events manager Johanna keeping in regular contact and helping us rearrange when Covid hit. The staff were extremely flexible, adjusting things to make everything perfect for our day, including allowing our dog to be the ring bearer. The day ran so smoothly and this is a massive testimony to the staff who were so organised and supportive and made our day perfect. All the vendors recommended were extremely professional. From the stunning venue, both inside the castle, including the various rooms used for the wedding, and outside with the lovely walled gardens and lake, to the amazing facilities and stunning rooms included in the package we cannot fault. We would thoroughly recommend this venue to anyone planning.

Our wedding day on the 11th July 2021 was everything we could have wished for and more. Rosie and Johanna (wedding & events coordinators) went above and beyond for us, dealing with so many last minute changes due to Covid restrictions which didn’t make it easy. On the day, everything we had asked to be put out from bar signs to flip flop baskets was done so well and the ceremony and wedding breakfast room looked beautiful ! We had the exclusive use package and guests were made to feel very welcome upon arrival and throughout their stay. We had wood fired pizzas for our evening food which guests complimented us on and we were taken to the sitting room so that just the two of us could have some time to enjoy canapes together before greeting our guests which was a lovely touch. The venue is excellent for photo opportunities from the walled garden to the front entrance archway and lovely hotel grounds. Thanks again to Swinton Park for making our wedding day so special.

It was dream beautiful place to marry, garden in May is unforgettable, lake and deer,lots of deer... Spa was a bonus, staff was very helpful.... Team who organised it was not good, price was changing, menu was changed 3 times, they wasnt there for late afternoon, paste wrong information... if you like hastle free choose different venue
